地源热泵系统被称为二十一世纪的绿色空调技术，现广泛应用于办公楼、别墅、学校、酒店、医院等，有突出的节能性。作为一种新能源技术，地源热泵系统得到的不仅仅是掌声，还有不少人对其的质疑，效果不好等诸如此类的问题。综其缘由，与地源热泵管材质量的好坏有密不可分的直接关系。一旦使用劣质管材，地源热泵系统可能就会成为鸡肋。

地源热泵系统的室外管材主要有：室外管道用管材和地暖铺设管材。

1、地埋管

1, buried pipe

地埋管有DE25、DE32、DE40等规格，但大多数为DE25和DE32 规格，其中DE25规格一般适用于单U型埋管，而DE32规格一般适用于双U型埋管。目前地埋管的预埋深度一般可以达到100m左右，其压力等级多为1.0MPa 以上。地埋管管材一般为盘卷形式，在工地现场展开，盘管盘架的直径不应小于管材外径的18倍，展开长度由工程设计要求决定。

地源热泵系统的主管一般采用DE40~DE63规格，部分大型项目可达到或超过DE110。主管的压力等级一般采用1.0MPa 以上。主管的长度根据工程设计确定，有时由于地理位置或地质条件的限制，地埋管的铺设可能需要远离建筑物1到2公里，这时需配备较长的主管。

的连通，形成水路循环系统，目前管材与U型弯的连接一般采用电熔套筒连接。由于下井较深，井中的水对管材的浮力较大，需在U型弯头的中间部位设置一个长螺栓，施工人员利用金属杆，通过长螺栓将管材压到预定深度的水中；固定支架的作用是使地埋管材之间保持固定的距离，以免管材之间由于距离过近而影响导热效果。在井下一般每隔1米或2米需要配备1只固定支架，因此用量较大。
